Rehabilitation

​For those residents who require intensive rehabilitative care, an array of resident centered therapy programs are coordinated and offered in and from the facility’s therapy team in our on-site therapy unit, gymnasium and occupational therapy apartment. When therapy goals are achieved and the resident prepares to return home, the staff offers an at-home evaluation to assist the resident in making the transition to home as easy as possible.
